Inside this new area, THE VINE, the World Bulk Wine Exhibition aims to highlight research and innovations related to vine, wine, its derivatives and its waste.
Among all the posters accepted and exhibited during the World Bulk Wine Exhibition, a prize of 3.000€ and another of 1.500€ will be awarded to the best two works.
Attendance at the WBWE is not compulsory for those presenting research posters.
RULES FOR THE PRESENTATION OF RESEARCH WORKS
Communications can cover any topic related to the vine sector.
They can be carried out either individually or in a team (limited to six authors). The research presented must have been carried out between January 2012 and October 2014.
Layout must include a written abstract and a poster.
Format: Word documents (or Word-compatible). Text layout: single spacing and double space between the paragraphs. Justification of the text. Font type: Times New Roman. Font size: 12.
Abstracts must be one page long.
Posters must contain:
A Title (in bold type)
Materials and methods
Conclusion / Discussion
Posters should measure: 150 centimeters high by 80 centimeters wide.
Written abstracts should be submitted by the 30th of October 2014 to the following email address:firstname.lastname@example.org
The WBWE Scientific Committee will notify acceptance of proposals before the 9th of November 2014.
Posters of the selected research works should be sent to a postal address in Amsterdam. The deadline and the address will be provided once the proposal has been accepted.
4. Selection process:
The WBWE Scientific Committee will select proposals and will notify participants of acceptance or rejection.
Posters will be exhibited as from the first day of the event and during the entire World Bulk Wine Exhibition –THE VINE event.
The exhibition of a poster does not imply that the universities or research centers have to be present at the WBWE.
