Fifteen countries from across the world will present their harvests in the first ever bulk wine fair in Asia
ASIA’s bulk wine fair will be held in Yantai (China) on the 30th and 31st of May 2019
The harvests of the major world producers will be represented during the first bulk wine fair in Asia. China’s relevance as an importing country is one of the compelling reasons for the wineries from 15 countries which have confirmed their attendance: Chile, Australia, France, Georgia, Italy, Macedonia, Moldavia, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Ukraine, Uruguay, China, Brazil and New Zealand.
Three months prior to the fair, the WBWE Asia already has attained 70% of its occupancy.
More than 80% of the bulk wine that enters China each year does so via the port of Yantai, which is why Yantai has been the chosen city in order to host the first major bulk wine fair in Asia.
The reception by wineries from across the globe was immediately impressive, demonstrating the importing potential of China and the business chances that will emerge throughout the event.
On the coming 30th and 31st of May, the World Bulk Wine Exhibition Asia will reunite the main international wineries alongside important Asian importers. This is a meeting for business, but also for the analysis and debate about new trends from the sector.
There are already limited places in order to participate as exhibitor in WBWE Asia. Those producers and companies from the sector that wish to participate in Asia’s major bulk wine fair, can reserve their space HERE.
New business approaches regarding private labels, distilled spirits or packaging alternatives will be given a prominent place at the fair, because they have great future ahead in the Chinese market.
